Legal Management Consultant John Olmstead to Participate in Missouri Bar Solo & Small Firm Conference

Olmstead & Associates today announced that Dr. John W. Olmstead, president of the legal management consulting group, will speak at a session on the topic of “A Capital Idea: How to Budget and Improve Cash Flow in Your Practice” at the 15th Annual Solo and Small Firm Conference, hosted by the Missouri Bar.

The three-day conference is being held June 10-12, 2010 at Tan-Tar-A Resort, Osage Beach (Lake of the Ozarks) Missouri. The conference will provide a blend of outstanding national speakers and state bar practitioners.

Dr. Olmstead is a Certified Management Consultant and the president of Olmstead & Associates, Legal Management Consultants and Life On Balance. Both firms are based in St. Louis, Missouri. Olmstead & Associates helps law and other professional service firms change and reinvent their practices. Dr. Olmstead has more than 40 years experience in law firm management and working with law firms. He is currently serving as Past Chair, Standing Committee on Law Office Management and Economics of the Illinois State Bar Association. Dr. Olmstead is the Editor-in-Chief of “The Lawyers Competitive Edge: The Journal of Law Office Economics and Management,” published by Thomson-West.
