Olmstead & Associates To Offer Web/Internet Client Satisfaction Surveys For Law Firm Clients

Olmstead & Associates today announced that the firm would add web/internet survey options to its client satisfaction survey program that it conducts for law firms. Law firm’s can now select from telephone or in-person interview, mailed questionnaire, and web/internet survey methods.
